The Utility Bar tab adds Logic AI to the docked utility bar at the bottom of your Lightning apps — so users can open the chat from any page without leaving the record they’re on. It does this for you in one click, with no manual editing in the Lightning App Manager.

Adding Logic AI to an App

The tab lists the Lightning apps in your org. For each app you’ll see its current status:
  • Logic AI added — the chat is already in that app’s utility bar
  • Not added — Logic AI isn’t in that app yet
  • Checking… — the status is still loading
  • Can’t add — managed package — the app belongs to an installed managed package and can’t be modified from your org
To deploy it:
  1. Select the apps you want — or use Select all to choose every editable app at once.
  2. Click Add to selected. Logic AI is added to each app’s utility bar with the label Logic AI and a sparkles icon.
After the operation, each app shows the result — for example “Created a utility bar and added Logic AI.” or “Added to the existing utility bar.” — and a summary banner reports how many succeeded and how many need attention.

Removing Logic AI

Select the apps and click Remove to take Logic AI out of those apps’ utility bars. Apps without a utility bar are reported as nothing to remove.

What Users See

Once added, Logic AI appears as a button in the utility bar at the bottom of the chosen apps. Clicking it slides open the chat panel in place — users can ask questions while staying on whatever record or list they’re viewing.
